DESCRIPTION 29’ 1980 Prairie Trawler Miss Dot Dee Hull #50

Accommodations and Layout:
Cockpit: The Prairie 29 is very comfortable whether sitting at anchor or underway. Deck features include a spacious cockpit with custom transom door, Magma Stainless propane grill, Storage lockers, In the locker in the transom on the port side there is a Hot and Cold Shower and the hookup for the SCUBA hookah,. swim platform and boarding ladder; easily traveled side decks with high coamings and side rails; and a clean bow with bow rail. Underneath the flybridge ladder is a freshwater washdown faucet, 12 vdc Plug, 120 vac plug, and a 12 vdc portable refrigerator or freezer depending on setting.

Flybridge: offers great visibility for cruising the ICW. Features include two captains chairs, full electronics, 2 custom storage padded benches, Chart/ Computer Table, fiberglass hard top and full enclosure. It is easily accessed via a ladder from the cockpit.

Cabin: The salon is very spacious and offers enough “room” for extended cruising and entertaining. The large windows give her a bright, open, airy feel. She has a very comfortable layout. Inside the door is a 20 inch LCD flat screen TV on a wall bracket under that on the counter is the DVD Player, Dish Network Receiver, and the King Dome Controller. there are 2 folding teak tables and several folding chairs. A comfortable love seat sofa / bed is to starboard. The “L” shaped galley is to port and features a custom two basin stainless sink with Moen Pull out sprayer and filtered water tap. There is 120 vac / 12 vdc refrigeration, large countertops, 2 burner flat glass top stove, microwave, large under counter cabinets. The ships custom bar with ice maker is to starboard midships. The lower helm station is on the starboard side and features full electronics and power panels.

Stateroom: The stateroom is three steps down from the salon and features a very large V-berth with custom made mattress, under the V-berth to port is a Spleendid 2100 vented all in one washer dryer and cabinet for for supplies. The marine head is just aft on port side featuring a full vanity, shower, new electric head and ventilation fan. Opposite the head is a large storage closet, power panels, and a settee that has a removable cover that can make it into a larger bunk.

Construction: Hull is built of 70's solid handlaid fiiberglass.
